MISS TOMBALL PAGENT - FOR JUNIOR AND SENIOR LADIES
Miss Tomball 2024 is open for applications! We are truly blessed by the business community providing funds for the scholarships!
Scholarships will be given to: Miss Tomball 2024, 1st Runner-Up, Miss Congeniality, Community Service Award winner and Excellence in Leadership Award winner.
Along with the scholarships, the participating ladies gain confidence and have fun! They also get to know leaders in the community.

VOLUNTEER HOURS OPPORTUNITY
Volunteer Hour Opportunity
Inspiration Ranch in Tomball works with children with different disabilities and uses equine assisted therapy.
It's a great way to help the community and special needs students while getting to be with horses.
Come volunteer! We are always looking for volunteers to help in our therapeutic riding program. Lessons are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. The time commitment is one hour per lesson. Applications can be found on the site, www.inspirationranch.org.

College & Career Counselor Corner
- Save the Date! College Knowledge Night on Monday, October 30th at 6:00 pm at the Tomball Event Center. Click HERE for the event program. Open to all grade levels.
- Grade Level Schoology Courses - Each grade level has a Schoology course set up where Mrs. Nichols will share college and career related information, event sign-up, videos with important information, etc. Please encourage your students to join their course! Parents do not need to do anything to join the course. Once the student joins, parents will have access through their own login. Participants will be sent a pass to attend. Sign-up links posted in each grade level Schoology course as well.
- Rep Visits to THS are back! Sign-up required. Participants will receive a pass to attend. Sign-up posted in each grade level Schoology course as well.
- Military Rep Lunch Visits - Our military reps are on campus throughout the week during lunches. Students can stop by to ask questions and learn more about the opportunities each branch has to offer, as well as get some swag! Tuesday - Marines, Wednesday - Navy, Thursday - Army, Friday - Texas Army National Guard
- ASVAB Testing on November 28th - The ASVAB is a great resource for students who aren’t sure what career they may want to pursue after high school. NO commitment to the military, but students who are interested should sign-up. Click HERE for the sign-up flyer. *NJROTC students sign-up through their instructors.

SPO Fundraiser - Win a CAR!!
THS and TMHS 2024 Senior Parent Organizations are proud to announce our first ever joint fundraiser! With the generous donation from Fred Haas Toyota County and Fred Haas Nissan we have been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to raffle off a brand new 2024 Nissan Kicks or Toyota Corolla! ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of ticket sales will go directly to each SPO organizations that sell. We would like to thank them for this amazing opportunity!

Our goal for THS SPO is to raise $50,000.00 that will go towards our Senior’s Project Prom and other SPO events. In order to make this a reality, we will need every THS SPO member to sell at least 12 tickets to reach this goal. We know that we have a great group of parents and community that can make this the biggest and best fundraiser ever!
