Welcome to 2023! Now that the new year is here, we're excited about the upcoming adventures that await our ACE students and families. This semester we have a host of events to support and meet the needs of our ACE families like parent workshops. During ACE programming, students will continue to explore enrichment opportunities through STEM clubs, AVID, and ETTA (Empowering through the Arts).

The snow might fall,

the animals will hide.

In the month of January,

all ACE students are warm

and filled with pride.

Winter is finally here,

which means more activities inside.

We’re super excited about that,

cause there are many games

that we haven’t even tried.

The Importance of Play is an ACE parent workshop presented by Grand Prairie Public Library. This workshop teaches parents how "playing" improves students' brain power,

physical health, and social - emotional well being.

In this workshop, parents and their children will create

fun games together.

The workshops are held from 5pm - 6pm at each ACE campus on the designated days below.

The purpose of these sessions is to educate and empower our families with knowledge which may help them grow as a family and/or to support their students at home. Every month our topics will change and if you are not able to join do not worry! We understand that many of our families are "on the go" and for that reason we record these sessions so that you can come back at any time to watch any missed ones.

Greetings ACE Families!

I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday Break. We ended the Fall semester with a bang! Now we are back to start the Spring semester bigger than ever. We will continue to offer a high quality afterschool program with academic support along with enrichment opportunities for students. You will notice more Family Engagement parenting sessions being offered. We want to provide you with more opportunities to learn and grow alongside other families in the ACE community. See you soon.
