Don't Miss Out On Our Great Clothing Line
A Prescription For River Fitness
We are all in need of a good work out plan to help keep us on track for getting back out on the water. Our wonderful coaches Alyssa and Robin and our program planner Sheila have developed top notch exercise routines and nature outings for both our bodies and our minds.
Already in February we experienced a stellar walking tour of Mt. Hope Cemetery, and in March we experienced an invigorating nature walk at Tinker Nature Park, 1525 Calkins Rd. Henrietta/Pittsford where we encountered this beautiful doe.
We are still continuing Zoom workouts free of charge March through April 2021, and then hope to convert to outdoor erging, walks and kayaking etc. when possible. We hope to be rowing on the water by summer and will keep you informed.
Please email program@naiadesoncologyrowing.com for sign up for workouts and to receive our weekly Zoom link.
Our workout program, calendar and contact information can be found here:
Across the Pond from Rachel!
During her graduate studies journey, Coach Rachel has had many new and exciting things happen to her in Ireland! These include being able to row with the University College of Dublin Rowing Team, living in an apartment in Rathmines by the Dublin Canal with a roommate from Boston, meeting her boyfriend who is studying medicine at the University College of Dublin and who has shown her the town. Since Ireland is still in lockdown, the restaurants and coffee shops are takeout. Rachel enjoys take out by the canal or in the park. Rachel also is enjoying her diplomacy and media studies and will be focusing on her thesis over the summer. Rachel thinks she may come home for a short while in late spring. If you wish to contact Rachel, you may reach her at her Gmail address. Here you can see Rachel and tour some of her most favorite places in Dublin!: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pngxp7lhrslu2ru/Rachel%20-%20IMG_4559.MOV?dl=0
