Classroom Spot Light- PBIS Cougar Code Winners

Today, we celebrated students who consistently show our Cougar Code. Teachers from all grade level chose two students from their classrooms to participate in a celebratory breakfast.

Covington Field Day

The Covington PTO will be hosting field day this year. There will be numerous activities for the kids to do, in the afternoon, on June 1st. This is always a fun day and one that the kids always look forward to!!

In order for us to be able to do this, we will need A LOT of volunteers. if we do not have the number of volunteers needed, field day will be canceled.

Covington ABC Countdown

This year, Covington is participating in an ABC countdown. This will begin on Thursday, April 28th. Students will be sent home with a calendar with all of the themed days. Students can pick and choose which days they would like to participate. A full calendar of days can be found on the Covington ABC Countdown Calendar.

Wednesday, May 4th: 'May the 4th Be With You' - a day for all Star Wars fans to wear their apparel!

Thursday, May 5th: 'Fact Day' - Bring a fun fact to share with your class

Friday, May 6th: 'Grab a Pencil and Draw Day'

Monday, May 9th: 'Hawaiian Day' - Wear some bright, Hawaiian colors and apparel

Tuesday, May 10th: 'I Read to You, You Read to Me' - reading a book with friend(s) day

PTO School Supply Orders

Your students should have received a handout for ordering next year's school supplies in their Take Home material today.

Orders are due July 4th but there is a discount available if you order by June 1st!
