Any student planning to attend a sports camp or participate in any sport for the upcoming 2023- 2024 school year must have a sports physical on file PRIOR to participation.

Completed sports physical forms on file with the school are good for one school year.

Students can obtain a sports physical at their primary care physician.

Sports physical forms are available at the front office and on the school's website.
