This year, we will be using FinalForms for athletic registration. More information below:
New Athletic Registration via FinalForms
We are very excited to announce that the Stanwood-Camano School District has partnered with FinalForms - an online forms and data management service that will help streamline athletic registration for student athletes and their families.
FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your student(s), upload required documents, and view their clearance/eligibility status. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, which means you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started. Please visit https://stanwood-wa.finalforms.com to register and follow the prompts to create your account, add your student (use their school email address), and sign your forms. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year (parent/guardian AND student) and after any update.
If you need support during registration, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Get Help” or reach out directly to your school’s athletic office. If you are unable to register online from home, please visit the office or contact us for further assistance. Thank you for your support in streamlining our process. FinalForms will be a wonderful tool for safety, compliance, communication, and so much more! Looking forward to a great year ahead.

We are working on cleaning up student schedules currently and finalizing our staffing. Please understand, at this time, changes may happen until this has taken place. We plan to open up Skyward to view schedules on Wednesday, August 23rd.
In secondary schools, all grading and schedules are kept through Skyward Family Access. Both students as well as parents have an account. This can be accessed through a desktop computer or the Skyward app can be downloaded on any smartphone. For more information on how to access, please see the information and watch the video linked below.
Once schedules are active, students and parents can view them through this system.

This is an open house format (not a meet and greet), so please feel free to drop by anytime between 5-7 p.m. that works for you and your family. As always, please continue to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have about next year as they come up. We are here to support you!We appreciate our students!
As we look forward to starting the 23-24 school year together, I want to share some routines and procedures we have in place at Port Susan. It would be great to go over these basic expectations and reminders with students prior to the school year beginning. In addition, we will continue to talk to students about the purpose behind these routines and the understanding that together we can make Port Susan a wonderful place to grow as learners.
