• Apparatus: Rooms 6 and 21
• Please ensure that students are picked up on time in the morning, and after recess and lunch as well as brought out to recess and lunch at the appropriate time.
• Certain areas on the Main Yard will be coned off to designate that students should not play in that area. The purpose of this is to make sure that there is adequate supervision on the yard.

• All Staff are to sign in upon arrival and sign out at departure. Late arrivals will be documented on the sign-in card.

• If arriving late or leaving early, don't forget to complete the Certificated Employee Request to Arrive Late or Leave Early.

• Please update bulletin boards updated with current student work, standards and heading
• Please be mindful of Grades 3-5 testing in the morning until lunch time.
• Thank you for being flexible with your Teacher Assistants, some will be proctoring classrooms in the morning until lunch.
• Please let Robin know when you plan to adminster your iReady EOY, so she can assign it to your class.
