Please remember students need to be dropped off in the carloop in the morning. If you choose to park in the front parking lot, the parent/guardian dropping off MUST walk the students across the parking lot.

Also, please be respectful of our neighbors on Bermuda Ave. Parents should not be parking on the street to drop off or pick up students.

Parents and Families,

I am happy to share some good news with you. Starting on Friday, September 16th, and every Friday after that, you will be able to eat lunch with your child(ren). Here is what you need to do if you want to eat lunch with your child:

1. Make sure you notify your child’s teacher that you are eating lunch with them, so they can meet you at the tables. If you send an email, please do so in enough time for the teacher to see it before lunch.
2. Only Parents and Legal Guardians can eat lunch with their own child(ren).
3. Sign in as a Visitor in the Front Office and obtain a yellow name badge (you are not volunteering; you are visiting for lunch).
4. You will report to the courtyard and wait on your child. The teacher will release your child to this area when he/she is taking his/her students to lunch.
5. This area will be supervised during the entire lunch period.
6. If you are not a registered volunteer, you will need to be escorted on and off campus by a staff member.

Every Friday will be available for parent/child lunch. We have limited seating, so you need to sign up through sign-up genius. The link for that is below:

On September 20th Audubon fourth grade learners participated in Lagoon Quest to become ‘Lagoonies’!

Lagoon Quest is a locally designed program provided through Brevard County Zoo to integrate real-life experience with 4th grade curriculum covering Sunshine State/BEST Standards in science, social studies, math, and language arts using the rich environmental resources of the Indian River Lagoon.

We are very fortunate to have such a biodiverse experience literally in our backyard!

The fifth grade classes attended the Starbase Program and took part in coding projects, used various science tools to explore density, made prototypes of boats, and even launched rockets! All Title 1 schools are invited to take part in this five-day field trip that is fully funded by the Department of Defense.

Just Cupcakin' Around will now be carrying new flavors: blueberry jam, cherry jam, and apple butter. Stop by to see them!

Thanks to a donation from A+ Thrift Store PTO is able to help purchase brand new carpets for all K-3 classrooms as well as donate money towards the school for fun events to help celebrate the teachers!
