Provide your student with a note for an early release out of school
Note serves as a PASS OUT OF CLASS
We have seen an uptick in phone calls to the Main Office to release students early for various reasons. It's understandable when schedules have changed or appointments have been made the day of. However we kindly ask that when early releases are planned in advance that you send your student with a handwritten note or use the BF Student Release Form (Appointment/Personal/Non-Athletic) (copies also available in the main office).
Why having a NOTE is BEST:
1. serves as their pass out of class
2. decreases incoming calls to the main office
3. less interruptions to classrooms
4. parent/guardian does not have to call nor come in to sign their student out
Also a reminder, you can report full day absences by emailing:
BenFranklin-Attendance@pointschools.net (this will not direct you to the email-please type it in)

Nyob Zoo and Hello to all BFJH students and families!
I am the Choir Teacher and it’s my 5th year at Ben. I love working at Ben Franklin! The unique thing about music classes is that we get to be with some of our students for 3 years. The relationships I get to build with my students are special and lasts for a lifetime. When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my three kids and husband, shopping, eating different kinds of foods, and singing/performing for events. I am a proud Hmong American. I can speak the language and enjoy singing in different languages. Sing on!
