The Kick Off Meeting will be Thursday, August 31st.

Please fill out the RSVP if you plan to attend so we know how many to plan for. Pizza was in the plans for the night, but it is PTO Godfather's Night that night and also a Husker game, so pizza will not be ordered. Snacks and water bottles will be available.

You are not required to attend the kick off in order to be a Watch Dog.

The Sign Up to be a Watch Dog will not be open until after the Kick Off meeting, it will be in the newsletter on Friday, September 1st.

We are going to ask that you only sign up for 1 to 2 spots at first, allowing time for others to get signed up as well.

The PTO is a great way to meet other parents, find out about PTO sponsored events and volunteer on several event committees. By joining and/or being a volunteer, you are working with other parents and teachers/staff members, to help enrich the educational experience for all students.

During the annual update or student enrollment, you were asked if you wanted to participate in the Cooperative Loss program through the Technology department. This is completely optional since there is a $15.00 fee per student, for 3rd-5th grades only. The $15.00 helps lower the costs of repairs or replacements for the iPads. The cost list is below.

The $15.00 fees can be paid through ParentVue, with a credit card, or you can send a check with your student to drop off at the office. Checks can be made out to Willowdale Elementary.

The deadline to pay the $15.00 fee will be September 15th.
