FY22 Get to Know SWE

Please join us to connect with Eastern NE SWE members and guests! We want to welcome all members and potential members to join us for a relaxing afternoon at this beautiful wine tasting room in Ashland.

Learn more about SWE and our upcoming programs and events for the coming year. We encourage all of our members to bring a co-worker to introduce them to SWE and all that it has to offer.

SWE will provide appetizers; Beverages will be on your own.

This event if FREE to attend; however, we are encouraging RSVPs to plan for food. But we know how hectic life can be so if you decide to come last minute, you are still welcome to join us!!

Thursday, October 14 (Tentative date) - SWE - The Ultimate Leader Training Ground. Speaker Angel McMullen Gunn. Learn how to be strategic in your volunteering choices, integrate them to influence your career and showcase them on your resume.

· Professional and Collegiate members can join SWE and either the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), the National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals, Inc. (NOGLSTP), the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) at a single, discounted rate.

· Joint membership with our partners further promotes an inclusive environment within SWE. This important partnership program aims to improve networking opportunities and expand professional development programs for American Indian and Hispanic women engineers.
