6th Grade: Students adjusting to having science every day. They have been working on making observations and inferences, learning how to construct a convincing science argument (CERs), and are preparing for our first unit, microbiome, by learning about the 8 characteristics of life.
7th Grade: Science classes have been learning routines and procedures for science. As we head into October, students are beginning to connect Mars features with Earth features using google Mars.
8th Grade: Students have been working on expectations, note taking, and learning about systems in the Science classroom. We are learning by creating precise measurements for models and learning how to harness Human energy.
