Trunk or Treat is THIS Sunday!

We can't wait to see everyone at our Trunk or Treat event this Sunday, Oct. 29 from 3pm to 5pm. We're so excited for all the costumes, trunk decorations, balloon twisters, food trucks, and of course CANDY!

We have a backup plan to move the event inside the school if it is raining, so we hope you'll still join us, rain or shine! If you didn't sign up ahead of time, we will offer day-of-sales at our entrance table, but please note that the price will be $4 per child trunk-or-treater on the day of the event.

Additional Help Needed for Trunk or Treat

We still need some help from our wonderful PTO volunteers to make this event a success!

• Volunteer: We desperately need a few more adults to help at our PTO tables during the event. Can you sign up for a 30 minute shift to allow our PTO volunteer team a little time to enjoy the event with their own kids? Sign up for a shift here: https://signup.com/go/djfkuiz Thank you!!
• Teen/Small Adult Helper needed for a costume: We have been offered a free costume rental from the company providing our balloon twisters. We are looking for a teenager or shorter adult who might be willing to wear this costume of the character "Poppy" from the Trolls movies. We think kids would love to take pictures with Poppy! Note that the costume uses a large head that covers the wearers entire head/face. Thank you Flyers Pizza!

The PTO would like to send a huge THANK YOU to the new Flyers Pizza for DONATING all the pizzas for our Read-a-Thon pizza party prize! The winning classrooms (Mrs. Burns and Mrs Peine's rooms) each enjoyed a pizza party last week as a reward for their reading and fundraising during the Read-a-Thon. We appreciate Flyers Pizza supporting our students and school with this wonderful reward and donation! If your family is ordering pizza soon, check them out! (Located on Refugee Rd in the new shopping plaza next to North HS)

Help support Fairfield Elementary and the building fund by purchasing from Marco's on November 14th. This helps pay for our ROAR model pizza party and awards as well as other building needs. We appreciate your support!

We have a lot of items in our lost and found located in the cafeteria. Please make sure that your student takes a look if they have lost anything.
