Online enrollment, via Infinite Campus, is currently open for the 2023-2024 school year.

ALL families, returning and new, must enroll using your Infinite Campus log-in to complete enrollment. Once logged into Infinite Campus you need to select “More” then “Online Enrollment”. You will be asked to submit payment online. Enrollment must be completed before the first day of school.

For families that have questions about enrollment, they may call the school building or district office for help. Those needing help with online enrollment or needing access to a computer may utilize the district office or a school building Monday-Friday 8:00a to 3:30p.

If you know any families that are new to the Paola School District, they may call the district office to get information concerning setting up an account in Infinite Campus or they may visit the USD 368 website for enrollment details.

Virtual School Program (Grades K-12)

USD 368 has a virtual program that includes grades k-5 in addition to grades 6-12. This program is a self-paced program that allows students the ability to work on their courses seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. To participate in the USD 368 Virtual Program, students:

· Must be eligible to enroll as a USD 368 student based on current policy and regulation.

· Must be in grades K - 12.

· Must enroll and provide a written commitment to attend via the Virtual School Program

· Must have available internet access for online learning and communication, including viewing videos and zoom classrooms.

· Must attend and engage in regular contact with online teachers, as required.

· Must complete assigned tasks.

· Must remain in the program throughout the 2023-2024 school year.

· May not participate in activities or athletics.

Fall sports practices will begin on August 14th. Your athlete MUST have a current physical on file in order to practice. Please turn in your physical to the office ASAP if your student plans to play a fall sport. Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Cheer all require physicals. Sports are available to all eligible 7th & 8th grade students.

Sports physicals must be on file by Aug. 9th to guarantee eligibility on the 14th.

All students will be asked to put their cell phone away (either in their locker or their backpack) from 8:00-3:00 p.m. The expectation will be that students do not access their cell phones during this time.

https://schoolmealsapp.ksde.org/Home/welcome/D0368 or complete a paper Application for Free or Reduced Price School Meals during the 2023-2024 enrollment process. If you have already received notification that your family is eligible for free or reduced price meals for the school year, follow the instructions provided. Only students with approved applications will receive free or reduced price meals. Families who do not qualify for free meals will be responsible for paying for their child(ren)'s meals at reduced or paid rates.

Thanks to our community S.O.S. event, we still have backpacks and school supplies on hand if your student is in need. Please contact the office and we can have a bag ready for your student.
