Yoga at Work Thursday, January 27, 2022
The purpose of this class will be to introduce us to a variety of stress relieving movements, stretches, and breath techniques. Whether you are someone who regularly practices yoga and meditation or brand new to the world of yoga, this class will help you reset, recharge, and relax!
Our instructor, Annalisa is the Group Fitness Coordinator at UNL. She will guide us through several yoga exercises to help reduce our stress and tension, and improve our focus and concentration while at work.
