No More Webstore Fees:
Did you know that for the 2022-23 school year the webstore service fee was removed? You will pay the same amount with the Bookkeeper or on the LHS Webstore.
Student Account: Reminders
Winter Sports: Winter sports fees are now available on the webstore ($310 per sport).
Seniors - Seniors are not able to receive graduation tickets with an outstanding balance. Please keep accounts up to date and feel free to send students to the Bookkeeping office to check balances throughout the year.

News From the Counseling Department
Second Semester Schedules (All Students): Please take a look at your 2nd semester schedule on StudentVue, and if you see an error, a missing class, or anything else that needs to be changed or taken care of, please come in and see your counselor as soon as possible to get that taken care of.
Senior Reminders: As we approach the winter break and get closer to the end of 1st semester, please check that the following Graduation Requirements have been completed and if not, get them done as SOON as possible.
1. CRLEs (Career Related Learning Experiences): TWO, five-hour work experiences (paid or volunteer) documented on our CRLE forms and signed by a supervisor (forms are on Google Classroom or available in the Counseling Office. These should be turned in to the Counseling Office when completed. About 100 of you still need to finish this requirement. If you still need to complete hours, we do have spots available to work in our Student Store. See your counselor for more information.
2. Extended Application: The state of Oregon extended application requirement is the completion of the Career Interest Profiler on Naviance. Fifty of you seniors have NOT completed this. Please take that survey as soon as possible.
3. Check Credits and Complete PE Proficiency Forms: On Student Vue, under "Course History", view your transcript and check to see if you have any credits that still need to be completed that you are not signed up for currently. If you need to add a class, complete a PE Proficiency form for PE credit, etc. see your counselor immediately.
4. Complete College Apps: Finish up those college applications, request transcripts via Naviance, and request letters of rec (Directions on Google Classroom) if needed.
**CRLE and Extended Application will show as "PASSED" on your transcript if completed. That is an easy way to check if they are done as well.
Four Year Plans for 9th Graders: Four year plans were assigned via Google Classroom two weeks ago, and due last Monday, Nov 21st. Some of you still have not completed and submitted this document. This is a graduation requirement from the State of Oregon, and also is just good practice for looking at class options, planning ahead, and thinking about course pathways, electives, how to get all the required credits done, etc. The Class of 2026 Google Classroom also has all the resources needed to create four year plans. Please make sure they fill this out completely, and please come talk to your counselor if you or your parents have any questions.
Oregon State Assessment Opt-Out Form
State law requires us to inform you that a form is available from the State Department of Education that allows you to opt your child out of the math and English Language Arts assessments for the current school year. Should you wish to opt out your child, fill out the form and submit it to the main office at your child’s school. Please note the submission deadlines listed on the form. Meeting the deadline will help the school with planning and preparation. If you wish your child not to participate in the science assessment for grades 5, 8, and 11, submit this request in writing to the principal of your child's school.
If you have questions or want more information about state assessments, please contact your child’s principal or teacher(s).
If you wish to Opt Out of the Science Exam also please write that on the form - it is NOT already printed there
