Register now for NTCTELA conference 2023 - PASSAGE: The Healing Power of Stories
Registration for the NTCTELA conference 2023 is OPEN! We are beyond excited to get back to our normal in person and live conference setting. We are so thankful for your past support as we navigated through rough times during COVID-19. Your continued attendance and registration is what keeps up going and what drives each and every conference to be better than the last. With that being said, this year will be better than ever as we focus on the priorities that take place in teachers busy lives. On top of our amazing speaker lineup, we will also be treating each and every attendee with morning coffee as well as a delicious lunch. You will also have time to peruse exhibitor stations and attend our self care fair!
We'd love for you to join us this summer at NTCTELA's annual conference! So much cool stuff is happening, and this summer, we are focusing on taking care of ourselves as educators and first-line responders to students entrusted to our care and instruction. This conference could not do this without your registration and support. So grab a friend, or a few, and make a day out of it to attend this years conference, PASSAGE: The Healing Power of Stories. Lets make this year the highest registration yet!
Please join us as we learn from Gretchen Bernabei (Heinemann/Corwin: Text Structures, The Story of My Thinking, Trail of Breadcrumbs) and Rebekah O'Dell ( A Teacher's Guide to Mentor Texts, Beyond Literary Analysis) at this year's conference, "Passage: The Healing Power of Stories," on June 9, 2023. We will also have a nationally recognized therapist and presenter Dr. Kelly Jameson help us look at how to take better care of ourselves as teachers, as well as a self-care fair to show you all the other ways you can do just that!
This year, we have a venue change and will be graciously hosted by Highland Park ISD (thank you HPISD!). This years event will be held at The William P. Clements Jr. Leadership Center in Dallas, TX.
Please check out our updated website for the latest conference info and more info about our presenters, a link to our conference flyer, and a link to register for the conference. Conference registration includes snacks and lunch, keynote and breakout sessions, and your annual NTCTELA membership dues. If you are interested in applying to be an exhibitor in our vendor area or self-care fair at this year's conference, please visit our exhibitor application.
We cannot wait to see you on June 9, 2023!
Sincerely,
Your NTCTELA Board
