On Thursday, February 8, we will be having an early release day for professional development. Our dismissal will be at 11:45 and we will open the side gates for pick ups at approximately 11:35. Lunches will not be served. If your child will be going home in a different manner than their typical Thursday, please inform us.

All 1st Grade students took part in the annual "1st grade 100 Day - 100 Item Food Drive to benefit local food pantries. Students well surpassed the goal of 100 items in total! These photos above are a sampling of some of the students and classes displaying their donation totals.

Update from Food Nutrition: The garden salad with flatbread will now only be available on Monday/Friday. Wednesday students still have salad on the menu with Gill’s pizza.

For those who use the AM car drop off line, please keep in mind AM car drop off procedures include the the safety procedure for all car arrival students to remain in their family vehicles until doors open at 8:50 AM. If a two hour delay to school is announced, two hours is also added to the opening of the school door time. On 2 hour delay days, school doors open at 10:50 AM and students remain in their vehicle supervised with adult family members until that time. Thank you for your attention and for sharing this safety information with your other caregivers who drop off in AM who may not read this newsletter.

There will be two time slots to accommodate all students!

5:00-6:30 (K-2 recommended)

7:00-8:30 (3-4 recommended)

*Families with multiple children, or schedule conflicts, can choose either time slot!

1 week until the Sweetheart Dance…. Don’t forget to order your sweetheart their flowers! $2.00 each.
