Principal's Corner
Hello Natoma Station Families,
Early Literacy Family Night Was a Success!
Thank you to all the families that participated in our Family Literacy Night yesterday evening. Students and parents had fun engaging in activities that improve fine motor skills, phonics and sight words, and reading comprehension skills. Thank you to Mrs. Hom, Mrs. Hackert, Mrs. Sudhakaran, and Mrs. Gondkoff for organizing the event and creating engaging activities for students and families. We also want to thank our district librarian, Sasha Kinney, for partnering with us to promote literacy!
Good luck to our 4th and 5th Grade Runners!
I want to wish our 4th and 5th grade students who are participating in the Runnin' for Rhett Fun Run all the best this Saturday! Thank you for Mr. Ambrose, Coach Simmons, and Mrs. Hackert for organizing our morning running club and supporting our student athletes! I plan to be at Land Park to cheer on our Cheetahs!
BMX Assembly
This past Tuesday, our students were treated to amazing stunts by the BMX stunt crew, including a stunt where the rider jumped over 6 staff member! The students had a blast! This assembly was made possible by the generous donation of our PTO as a give-back for meeting our Cheetah Chase fundraising goal. Thank you, Natoma Station PTO! Check out the video below!
