I hope everyone is having a safe and restful summer. I'm sharing all of the supply lists with you now so you can get a jump start on your school supply shopping. They will also be posted on the district website. I'm looking forward to welcoming all students back on the first day of school on August 23rd. More details will come shortly. Room assignments and welcome letters will be sent out in mid-August.

My name is Sabrina Ollie and I am the new community organizer of Oxford Elementary. I would like to get your input on what the Community Learning Center should offer for the upcoming school year. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The results from this survey will drive programing and services that will be implemented going forward. This survey is for anyone that works, lives or worships in the Oxford community. Please forward to anyone that you know fits in the categories. If there are any questions please contact s_ollie@chuh.org. We are asking all staff and families to talk our CLC survey.

Preschool and pre-kindergarten orientations will take place on August 24th at 25th. You will be receiving a letter with information specific to your child's orientation date and time in the coming 2 weeks.

The first day of school for preschool and pre-kindergarten will be August 30th.

Families who are responsible for tuition, as a reminder, please ensure that your tuition for September is paid by August 5th. Late fees will be waived this month. Tuition for October is due on September 5th and will be due by the 5th each month through May. Noble Neighbors is hosting their annual "Chalk Cheers" at Oxford on Tuesday, August 22nd from 6:00-7:00. All staff, students, and families are welcome to come up to write encouraging messages on our sidewalks with chalk for the first day of school.

We are excited to welcome our new students to Oxford. We are welcoming all new students in grade 1-5 and families to come tour the building any time between 1:00 and 4:00 on Tuesday, August 22nd.

We are excited to welcome our incoming Kindergarten families to Oxford with our Kindergarten Kickoff on Tuesday, August 22nd at 5:00. We will play games, meet new friends, and tour the building.

Staggered start:

We will have a staggered start for Kindergarten students. Parents must attend from 8:50-10:30. Students will stay the entire day. Families will pick up their child at 3:20. Please see the schedule below:

8/23: ONLY students whos last names start with A-I.

8/24: ONLY students whos last names start with J-R.

8/25: ONLY students whos last names start with S-Z.

8/28: ALL students in attendance
