Revana Estate Vineyard - St. Helena
Position: Harvest Intern
Revana Family Winery is seeking harvest interns. We are a small winemaking team, so you will be working directly with the winemaker. Those selected will be fully trained in our standard operating procedures and will participate in all aspects of winemaking, from grape to barrel.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to sanitation, vineyard sampling, running crush equipment, barrel work, pumpovers, juice/wine transfers, additions and other work as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous experience and formal education preferred but willing to train on the job
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more and work extended hours in a physically demanding environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time, occasional 12 plus hour days and 7-day weeks.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to strict safety procedures
Start Date: September 2023

The “Get to know the Disney College Program” information sessions are back! 2023 Harvest Internship
This includes but is not limited to vineyard maturity sampling, fruit processing, inoculations and additions, cap management, digging tanks, draining/pressing, barrel work, lab analysis, data entry, sanitation, bottling, and general winery upkeep.
Internships typically run from August-November but will depend on the growing season.
During the busiest part of harvest, interns can expect to work 6 days per week and flex between both production sites as needed.
The hourly pay rate will be $20-22 plus overtime and lunch is catered once a week during crush.

Duckhorn Portfolio: Harvest Interns/Seasonal Sugar Samplers
The Duckhorn Portfolio is looking to for Harvest Interns/Seasonal Sugar Samplers to support our grower relations in Napa, Lake, and Solano Counties. This position will help with grape maturity field sample processing, field scouting, data collection and entry during the 2023 harvest season.
