THE PANTHER'S GROWL
Dear Collegiate Family:
As we continue to progress toward the final stretch of the school year, I want to encourage students to finish strong. Now is not the time to give up by failing to complete assignments or missing class. We are in testing season, and every day counts as teachers stress the test-taking strategies and content the students will need to reach their highest level of achievement. Remember, all STAAR tests are needed for graduation.
Parents, I ask that you be more diligent than ever in making sure our scholars are completing assignments on time and attending class each day. Check PowerSchool and eCampus weekly. Have conversations with your scholar about upcoming assignments and due dates. Do not forget to keep a check on how they are feeling. Some might be feeling a little overwhelmed, and that is not the goal.
Students feeling overwhelmed or discouraged are asked to reach out to one of our counselors for assistance.
As always, we appreciate your partnership with us in supporting our scholars as they continue to move towards earning a college degree.
Sincerely,
Ms. Jefferson
