Happy New Year!

Many people make new year's resolutions and then somehow through the course of year with the busyness and hustle, we forget and revert back to old habits and old ways. What is it that you can set as a family that you can hold each other responsible for contributing and maintaining? Find something you are grateful for, focus on it, and hold each other responsible. This serves as a great model for students learning to grow and reflect as they get older.

The focus on Responsibility will continue through the beginning of the month and then Gratitude will end the month.

One way to think about Gratitude is “choosing to appreciate the people and things in our lives.” Practicing Gratitude can increase our well-being and even our happiness! Help us practice gratitude this month.
