CIMS Weekly Update

Congrats to Grace, Aurora, + Ben for placing at the City/County CC Meet

Important Information About This Week:

Good afternoon CIMS parents, guardians, and family members. This is Mrs. Masciotra with the weekly update.

Congratulations to CIMS Varsity Volleyball for going undefeated all season and winning the championship last week. And, congrats to Grace, Aurora, and Ben for placing at the City/County Cross Country Meet.

On Monday, it is a formal uniform day for students. This includes a button up shirt, tie or sweater vest. After school, boys basketball tryouts are from 4-6pm. Each player must be cleared in order to tryout. Monday evening, Varsity softball begins their journey in the playoffs at 7pm at Runyon.

On Tuesday, boys basketball tryouts take place from 4-6pm. JV Softball plays in the playoffs at 7pm at Runyon.

On Friday, CIMS will host the annual CIMSTober Fest. All decorated pumpkins and all donations are due by Thursday.

Yearbooks are now for sale. See the website and code below to order.

There are still spots open in the 2nd quarter After School Enrichment classes. Forms are available in the main office. This includes Yarn Crafts, Yearbook, Noetic Math, Choir, and InterACT.

Hey Cyclones! Have you gotten your act together!!

Are you doing a solo, duet, trio or a whole group? Auditions will take place October 16, 17, 18, 19th . All auditions will take place after school between 4:15 – 6:00 PM.

You need to sign up for an audition time. To sign up for an audition time and pick up talent show guidelines see Mrs. Pineda-Fuentes or Ms.Vujcich.

The talent show will be November 2nd. Let’s Go Cyclones! Show that talent off!!

Next week is Parent/Teacher Conferences. There will not be after school program during that week (October 23-26) so that teachers can be available for conferences. Elementary families should have a scheduled time with teachers. Middle school families can come between 4-15-7:30pm on Wednesday, 10/25, or Thursday, 10/26, to meet with all of the teachers.
