Hello Sundance Families!

What a wonderful week it has been at Sundance! Our Wildcats had an absolute blast celebrating International Dot Day through a variety of hands-on, engaging activities. Your student might take home a picture with a QR code linked to the quiver app. Scan it at home to make the drawing come alive! Photos from this morning will be ready in about a week! Stop by our beautiful banner in front of our school. A huge thank you to our wonderful parent volunteers for helping with this event.

We want to extend our gratitude to all the students who ran for Student Council this year! I personally LOVED the posters around our campus - thank you for your support with those. We are very proud of the dedication and enthusiasm our students have shown throughout this process. Please see below for the elected group of students. *Posters are available to be picked up on Tuesday from room 1*

• Safety Committee Meeting: Join our first Safety Committee Meeting on 9/21 at 1:30pm via zoom. The agenda is linked here.
• 2nd-5th Grade Families: CALLING ALL 2ND-5TH GRADE SINGERS! Wildcat Choir is a free after school program sponsored by the Twin Trails Foundation. Rehearsals are every Wednesday after school, 2:10 - 2:45pm starting October 4th.

Parent Coffee Morning - Friday, September 29th @ 8:30 am

Save the Date for our September Parent Coffee. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while also learning how you can support October events such as the Book Fair and Carnival! This event is hosted in the home of Mamta Behl and Avinash Lakhiani. Email mambel@gmail.com for their address. No RSVP is required.

Running Club

On your mark, get ready,....GO!! 1st through 5th graders will be doing just that next Friday, 9/22, as Running Club officially starts for the year. Students can participate by coming to the track during their recess time to run laps, which are counted towards mileage goals/prizes.

Book Fair - Save the Date!
