Weekly Update- January 14th, 2021

This was definitely an interesting week for the traditional schools in the district. We are so happy that our teachers wanted to continue offering classes for our Elevated students Thursday and Friday.

With COVID running rampant in our district, we want to everyone to be safe and stay healthy. Also, we have rapid COVID tests here at the office if you haven't picked one up yet. We'd like students to test prior to coming to in person events.

Event Information

PTA Organizational Meeting

Our organizational meeting for PTA- We is this coming Tuesday, January 18th. We will have the organizational meeting on January 18th at 2:30pm via Zoom.

It is very important that we have as many families as possible attend this meeting so we can officially establish a PTA. The dues to join PTA will be $10. Please let us know if you have any questions.

If you're interested in a leadership position within PTA please email us at elevated@ltusd.org as soon as possible.

Make Up Day for Pictures

February 14th is our makeup day for pictures. We will have pictures next door to the Elevated office in P1 from 12pm to 2pm. More information will follow soon.

Absences

We've noticed an unfortunate trend that many students are missing class on Friday. Friday classes are mandatory and if your student is absent or going to miss class, please notify the office at 530-543-2310 or email elevated@ltusd.org.

Tech Support for Families

If your student needs help with technology during the school day, we highly recommend having them connect with Mr. Perazzo on his Google Meet to see if he can help resolve the issue. He's online during the school day to help support our families.
