BRAHMA BULL-etin!
Sunday, May 18
"Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory," - Dr. Seuss.
My good people, the time has arrived.
This part of the message is for the underclassmen โ the returners, the not-graduating-yet crowd. Itโs the last week of school. Just four more days. Finals each day. And then, starting Friday, summer begins for you all.
This week is critical. Students should be turning in any remaining assignments, prepping for exams, recovering attendance hours, finishing up all projects, and turning in any borrowed technology โ Chromebooks, chargers, calculators, anything that was checked out. Donโt wait until the last minute. Get your stuff in, get your studying done, and be ready to end the year strong.
๐ Final Exam Schedule
-
Monday โ Periods 4 and 6
-
Tuesday โ Periods 2 and 5
-
Wednesday โ Periods 1 and 7 (Early Release)
-
Thursday โ Periods 3 and 8 (Early Release)
Pay close attention โ we do not follow the full class schedule every day. Wednesday and Thursday are early release days. School will be out at 1:20 PM both of those days, so plan accordingly.
Also, important heads-up: no backpacks allowed on campus Wednesday and Thursday. No unnecessary items. No banned items. We will be collecting all backpacks at both main entry points and holding them until dismissal. So if you donโt need it, donโt bring it. Letโs close out the year the right way. Stay focused, stay respectful, finish strong. Summerโs almost here โ but first, handle your business.
Alright, seniors. Here we go. This part is for the soon-to-be-graduates.
Itโs your final week. Your last two official days of high school classes โ Monday and Tuesday. The last two days of โschoolโ as youโve known it for the past 12โ13 years (maybe more if you were a Pre-K legend). A whole new world is about to open up. You think you're ready โ maybe you are, maybe you aren't โ but that's okay.
Enjoy these moments. Make them memories.
Your final high school exams are as follows:
-
Monday โ Periods 4 and 6
-
Tuesday โ Periods 2 and 5
Be sure you've taken care of everything: all work turned in, projects completed, textbooks and library books returned, borrowed technology (Chromebooks, chargers, calculators, etc.) handed back. If attendance was ever a concern, check in with Mr. Gloege and make sure you're in the clear.
Pick up your yearbook if you haven't already โ this is the one you'll flip through for decades.
๐ Senior Week Events
Wednesday, May 21st โ Your first official senior day.
Graduation practice is at Comalander Stadium. Be on the field at 10:45 AM.
Park only in the designated areas โ other events are happening before and after us.
Thursday, May 22nd โ Senior Breakfast in the gym at 9:00 AM.
Right after breakfast, we head to the band pad for one final graduation practice. Be on time. Be present. Soak it all in.
Friday โ Youโre on your own. Take it easy, get some rest, reflect, or celebrate however you choose (safely and responsibly).
Saturday, May 24th โ GO TIME.
Doors to the Alamodome open at 1:30 PM.
Ceremony starts at 2:30 PM sharp.
Check the attached PDFs for all the important details โ what to bring, what to wear, where to go, and what to leave at home.
๐ To the Class of 2025
You are leaving more than just a campus โ you're leaving behind a legacy. Your energy, your spirit, your laughter, your struggle, your triumph โ it all left a mark.
These halls will miss your noise. These classrooms will miss your presence. Your teachers, coaches, and friends are proud of you โ more than you know.
You've grown up here. Now you go out into a world that's bigger, harder, and more beautiful than you can imagine. Donโt rush through these last moments. Breathe them in. Take mental pictures. Hug the people who made this place feel like home.
And when you walk that stage on Saturday, know this: you earned every step.
Now go show the world what you're made of. ๐ฎ

'25 Graduation Information & Updates
Graduation for the Class of 2025 is almost here!
Reminder: Alamodome on Saturday, May 24th, at 2:30 PM.
We want to share important information with you. Please read through the detailed information included on the attached presentation that was shared with Seniors at the in-person Flex Assembly yesterday, Thursday, May 8th, 2025. It is attached at the bottom.
Also, we ask that you please check Skyward to review that your Senior is on track to graduate and is currently meeting all Graduation requirements- both with attendance and grades. If there is a grade currently below a 70, please have your Senior talk to the teacher about completing assignments, quizzes, and tests. If there are any attendance questions or concerns, please have your Senior speak with their assigned Assistant Principal (Mr. Gloege). Counselors will be wrapping up meeting with students this coming week through the English IV classes; however, appointments may also be scheduled with our counselors.
If you have any Graduation-related questions, please contact MacArthur 2025 Graduation Coordinator Mr. Christopher Gloege at cgloeg@neisd.net or 210-356-7626.
Thank you,
MacArthur Administration
