HS Quad Progress

We are working diligently to grow our HS quad area. New tables, umbrellas, privacy slats and cornhole game are in place. Thanks to our Leadership and PTA we're looking at adding plants and a mural. It's coming together!

Project Pajamas - Collections End December 9th

We've collected 14 pairs of pajamas toward our goal of 55. If you feel so inclined during your regular Black Friday shopping, we are collecting pajamas in our K-8 classrooms and both offices. Please feel free to drop them by. As a reminder, our local Tustin Community Foundation is collecting these pajamas for Tustin area families that cannot afford them.

Agendas for MS/HS In Production

Our MS and HS students will be receiving an Agenda that includes the student handbook, planning pages, some hints and organizational strategies. They're going to be great. We expect them here before winter break.

Thanksgiving Break Is Here

Thanksgiving Break is November 25-29th. Please take the time to recharge for the home stretch and catch up if you are behind. If you're on target, this is a great time to relax and recharge or get ahead. Either way, make sure you find some time to enjoy those around you.

HS Leadership Class

It was great to catch up with our HS Leadership class this week. What tremendous leaders, young people, and hard workers. They are working towards their end of quarter service projects which include 2 new murals and garden for our HS quad and in front of the school. They are a terrific group of dedicated young people. Thank you, Mrs. Fairburn, for being awesome and teaching the class.

REMINDER: Free 24/7 Tutoring

With the Thanksgiving break upon us, it's a good time to remind your HS student to take advantage of this terrific resource. It really is an incredible resource. We get daily reports of our usage and it's a shame more of our students aren't using it for their papers and all of their coursework. It's incredible. For your convenience, we've included a parent and student handout as well.

Magnet Parent Night - Tuesday, Dec. 3rd @ 6pm

TUSD is hosting our first Magnet/Thematic Programs Information Night on Tuesday, Dec. 3rd 6-8 pm at Columbus Tustin Middle School Activity Center. If you know anyone interested in our program or any of TUSD's magnets, please have them come by. You are all, of course, welcome to attend!

High School Students' ID Cards for makeup pictures have arrived. Please pick them up from your teacher or the office. If you still need one and did not take a picture this year, please contact the office.
