Completing the forms takes just a few minutes, and should be completed as soon as possible so the updated information can be delivered to our Student Information System, ensuring that the most correct data is available for every student.
Please be sure to complete these tasks so that we have the most up to date and accurate information for you student in case of an emergency.
If you have any questions, please contact the campus Registrar Jean Davis
First Day Drop-Off
Students may arrive at 8:30 for FREE breakfast in the classroom. There is no supervision before 8:30 and students may not be on campus until this time.
Drop Off and Pick Up in the Front Parking Lot
Third through sixth grade students who do not have K-2 siblings will wait for parents at the gate near the 2nd grade hall that faces the parking lot. You will pick up these students in the front lot. Please review the three videos if you pick your child up in the main parking lot. Most importantly, you will need to decide if you are going to turn left or right out of the parking lot onto Behrend. When you enter our parking lot at 35th Ave, traffic will split into two lanes. Staff will be there to direct you to pick your lane based on your exit direction. If you follow the blue line on the right, you will turn right onto Behrend. If you choose the left lane, you will turn left onto Behrend when you exit.
Children will only be able to load into cars between the two yellow lines.
Drop-off will be only one lane, as usual.
Safety is our priority! Please follow procedures and exercise patience and respect for others so we may keep our students safe.
Students Arriving for Breakfast and Entrance Gates
8:30-8:42: The gate by the 2nd grade hall (facing the parking lot) and the gate by the kindergarten area (facing Behrend) will be opened at 8:30.
If you arrive late, after gates close at 8:42, you must park and walk your child into the office to sign in.
Drop Off and Pick Up through the Church Parking Lot
Staff will manage the traffic flow. We will have three lanes of cars. It does not matter which lane you join. Staff will release cars equitably from each lane to enter through the gate into the pick-up lane.
After you pick up your child, it would be VERY helpful if you chose to turn right onto Behrend. Turning left causes congestion at the main exit and at the 35th ave intersection.
Walkers & Bike Riders
Walkers and bike riders continue to enter and exit near the bike rack at the corner of 35th and Behrend. Parents who walk with students will drop off and pick up there.
