Kindergarten Registration

Residents of Upper Moreland Township can register their child(ren) who will be age 5 on or before September 1, 2024. The required documents for registration are proof of residency, proof of student's age, and immunization records.

Dental and Physical Examinations must be completed within one (1) year prior to the start of Kindergarten:

• DENTAL EXAM FORM
• PHYSICAL EXAM FORM

• If you already have children in the district, you can sign in with your Home Access Center Information.
• If you are new to the district, you will need to create an account to complete the registration.
