Parents Weekly Newsletter Vol. 20
Wolverine Nation-Excellence Without Excuses!
Welcome Back to the and Happy New Year!!!
Parents and guardians, as we begin the New Year and 2nd semester, we want to ensure that our students start the new year off right by being Safe and Focused on their academics. We want our students to understand that certain behaviors that causes school disruptions and interrupts the learning environment will not be tolerated as these behaviors impact Teaching and Learning. We want to share with you, an informational video from our Superintendent, which focus on student safety and behaviors. In addition, the CLMS school administrators met with all 6th, 7th, and 8th grades on January 6, 2023, as students returned from the winter break to review and discuss the Student Code of Conduct, and to point out a few unwanted behaviors. See the list below. Also, our teachers reviewed this information with their students as well. Please understand that if a student does not adhere to the Student Code of Conduct, they will face consequences, and sometimes these consequences can be severe, which will impact the student education. So please, watch the video with your child and review the embedded Student Code of Conduct information with them.
Let's have a safe and academically strong 2nd semester!
