Volunteer Spotlight: Kelly Spangenberg
Classroom helper, PTA
Why did you decide to volunteer at Centerville?
The CVE community is so warm, welcoming, and inspiring. After my first volunteer experience, I knew I wanted to remain involved. It is so humbling and memorable to participate in classroom events with my kids.
What is your favorite part about volunteering?
The friendly community, fun atmosphere and lifetime memories are a few of my favorite parts.

- Sign in on this page with the blue "Sign in with Google" button. Remember to bookmark this page so you can easily return to it.
- Take the Diagnostic and visit the Recommendations page for skills that are picked just for you! Or, explore skills by grade or topic.
- Choose a skill and let the learning begin!
Make your own greeting cards!
Making greeting cards is a creative activity that involves reading and writing. With your child, make a list of birthdays, holidays and other events. Then, your child can create a special card for each by decorating the front of a folded sheet of paper and writing a short message inside.
Encourage your child to read cards in stores to get ideas about what to write.
