Principal's Note
Dear parents and caregivers,
At MV, we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive weekly updates on your child's academic and social-emotional progress in the classroom. This information is delivered through the weekly Grade Level Newsletter and the Whole School Friday Newsletter, which also includes updates and activities.
Furthermore, we have made an effort to provide translations in several languages for families who prefer a language other than English.
Today, I kindly request your feedback on your experience with our school-to-home communication by completing a two-question survey.
All parents and caregivers should have access to the Weekly Newsletter Tracking document. Below are the links to the tracking documents for each grade level:
We appreciate your support and value your feedback.
Thank you,
Mrs Bell

Native Indian Heritage Month
November is Native Indian Heritage Month.
Meadow View Elementary is excited to celebrate Native Indian Heritage Month this November, an occasion that offers us the opportunity to honor the rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and contributions of Native Americans. As a school community, we come together to recognize the importance of embracing and celebrating the heritage of our Native American students, staff, and families. This month serves as a reminder of the historical significance of Indigenous peoples and the resilience of their cultures in the face of adversity.
At Meadow View Elementary, we take immense pride in our school's diversity, as it enriches our educational environment and fosters a greater sense of unity and understanding among our students and staff. By celebrating American Indian Heritage Month, we hope to foster a deeper appreciation for the unique histories and perspectives that Native Americans bring to our school community. Through educational activities, discussions, and shared experiences, we aim to create an inclusive environment that values the contributions of Native American individuals and helps students develop a broader cultural awareness. Our commitment to recognizing and honoring American Indian heritage demonstrates our dedication to celebrating diversity and promoting mutual respect within our school community.
