On Monday, January 15th, students will celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr Day by engaging in special service projects to give back to our community and school. Each grade selected a project that would be meaningful to their students. We will be posting picture of each project on our Facebook page and website. Teachers will be communicating with families if the project requires permission to leave campus.

We will celebrate Donkey Day on February 2nd with a brief assembly. At the end of the assembly, students will have the opportunity to pet the donkey. If you do not want your child to touch the donkey, please communicate with their teacher by February 1st.

Bertram Elementary is excited to host an author visit in partnership with the Bertram Public Library from renowned children’s author and illustrator, Nicholas Solis.
