Message from the Superintendent
Dear PUSD Community,
Congratulations on a great finish to the 2021-2022 school year! It was wonderful to see the joy and excitement of our students and their families at high school graduations, elementary and middle school promotions, and other end-of-year activities. Look for our upcoming PUSD 2022 Graduate editions coming this week!
Learning continues this summer at PUSD for many students through District and partner programs. See summer learning opportunities here: https://www.pusd.us/summer
To get ready for the 2022-2023 school year, PUSD teachers, administrators, and employees will also continue to hone their skills through the District’s Summer Institute, which offers professional development on topics such as G.A.T.E., math, history/social science, reading, outdoor learning environments, trauma-informed skills, leadership development, and much more. Our facilities team will be working on maintenance projects to get schools ready for the new school year.
As we enter summer vacation, I hope that you will get some time to relax and enjoy all that Pasadena and the surrounding communities have to offer.
