Learning Look In - MAP Testing

This week students completed the Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) Test.

This assessment helps teachers get a baseline of what students already know and are able to do so they can determine how to best meet the academic needs of your child.

The test will be administered again in the winter and spring to check that students are making academic progress.

Summer workbook

Shout out to all the students who completed their summer workbook! These students will each earn 10 PBIS points for the school store.

All names were entered for a raffle drawing for a gift card. Here are the winners:

Congratulations everyone! Your hard work kept your brain sharp over the summer and prepared you to head into the 23-24 school year.

NJHS

Attention 7th Grade Students and Qualifying 8th Grade Students!

In order for your child to be eligible for the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS), the following criteria must be met.

After School Activities

Chippewa offers many after-school activities. It is our hope that every student joins at least one after-school activity during their time in middle school.

Activities are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school from 3-4pm.

There is an Activity Bus that can take students who normally ride the bus home at 4pm at no additional cost.
