Keep reading to learn how to get your static exhibit entry tags before 4-H Static Exhibit Check-in on Friday, July 28 & Saturday, July 29…
Entry Card Process:
1. The Extension Office will print two (2) entry tags per exhibit; one white and one blue.
2. Printed entry tags will be grouped by household with a summary sheet per exhibitor.
3. Pickup options:
- Available at Extension Office Wednesday, July 19 through Wednesday, July 26
- Available at the Rybin building on Contest Day, July 22
- Available at front table in 4-H Exhibit Hall Friday, July 28 through Saturday, July 29
Late-Adds or Changes
1. Late-adds will be accepted until Friday, July 21 by completing the Static Exhibit Late-Add Form and returning to our office.
• Late-add cards turned in by July 21 will be available for pickup at the 4-H Exhibit Hall during fair.
1. After July 21, late-adds will be made in-person at 4-H Static Exhibit Check-in using the old carbon-copy entry cards.
2. Changes to pre-entered exhibits can be made by hand-writing edits on both pre-existing entry tags.
Tag Attachment Info
1. Both tags should be attached to the project with the BLUE TAG on FRONT and WHITE TAG on BACK at time of Exhibit Check-in.
We received about 3,700 online pre-entries this year! Please be patient with our 4-H team as we print all entry tags and work to ensure this is a streamlined process for all.
NOTE: This information does not apply to Animal or Contest Entries. Animal entries do not need printed entry tags. Contest Day schedules will be released/sent on Friday, July 14.
