Welcome Fall and the Importance of Attendance
This week we will transition from summer to fall. The temperatures are starting to change, so dressing layers is important to keep your Timberwolf comfortable. We have had a busy month and thank you to all of the grandparents that attended our social last week. It was one of the largest turnouts we have had. Also thank you for a great turn out to our PTO, Watch D.O.G.S kick off and PASS meeting. There are lots of ways to get involved, and we would love to have you.
We wanted to take a moment to highlight the importance of regular attendance at school. Attending school every day is crucial for your child's success and development. It provides them with the opportunity to learn, grow, and build essential skills that will serve them throughout their lives. When students are present, they have the chance to engage with their teachers, participate in activities, and form friendships with their peers. Consistent attendance also helps children establish good habits and a strong sense of responsibility.
Furthermore, being present in the classroom allows teachers to provide personalized attention and support to each student, ensuring they receive the best education possible. Regular attendance sets a positive foundation for academic achievement, helping your child stay on track with their learning milestones. It also fosters a sense of belonging within the school community, creating a supportive environment for your child to thrive.
We understand that there may be occasional circumstances that prevent attendance, but we encourage you to make every effort to prioritize your child's regular participation in school activities. Your active involvement in their education, along with consistent attendance, will contribute greatly to their overall success and well-being.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child's educational journey.

Safety in School Zones
As we embark on a new school year, we want to remind everyone about the importance of safe driving practices during morning drop-offs. Our school community is busy in the mornings, with excited students and parents eager to start their day. Ensuring everyone's safety is our top priority.
Please remember to:
Observe Speed Limits: Be mindful of posted speed limits in school zones and adhere to them strictly.
Stay Alert: Keep your full attention on the road and avoid distractions like phones or distractions inside your vehicle.
Follow Traffic Rules: Respect traffic signals, stop signs, no parking zones, and avoid U-turns around the school area.
Use Drop-Off Zones: Utilize designated drop-off areas to minimize congestion.
Practice Patience: Morning traffic can be busy, so please be patient with other drivers and pedestrians.
Following these simple guidelines can collectively create a safer environment for our children and the entire school community. Your commitment to safe driving is appreciated and sets a positive example for our students. Thank you for your cooperation, and let's work together to ensure a fantastic and secure school year ahead.
