PHSFH - Welcome to PHSFH

Welcome to Poway Field Hockey! Congratulations on your selection, I'm very excited for season. First we must do some housekeeping.

TOMORROW Monday, August 14th: Uniform Distribution. You must bring a check made out to Poway High School Field Hockey Booster Club for $100 in order to receive your uniform. This check will be returned to you upon return of the uniform at the end of the season. Our first scrimmage is THIS Wednesday August 16th, I would like you to have your uniform by then.

Wednesday, August 23rd: There will be a parent meeting for all parents and players to meet each other at the Hopstop in Poway. 20% of all food purchases will be donated to our program. Attached is a beautiful flyer made by one of our parents.

The parent meeting is at 6:30pm. Here we will be discussing the upcoming season and expectations, fundraising opportunities throughout the year, as well as our new Fair Share program which is a major part of the hockey program's continued success. I am ending practice early this day so every player and parent/guardian can attend. We are also having a corn hole tournament which will give you a chance to get to know all the great parents you'll be cheering with at games! Who would want to miss out on that?

Players: Please note that tomorrow, Monday we will be meeting in the W Rooms at 4:30pm. Please wear something to comfortably jog in (I promise you we're not running, but you will need to jog once to the shed...more details tomorrow.). I've attached a map for those who need it.
