Minnesota Department of Education Parent Survey

The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) will be working closely with the Minnesota Department of Health to establish a safe re-opening plan for the 2020-2021 school year. They are requesting feedback in regards to your experience with distance learning this spring.


This feedback is extremely valuable. Please take five minutes to complete this survey to better inform MDE about what they can do to help families as they balance the responsibilities of work and family, while also supporting student learning.


The survey is available here in English, Hmong, Somali, and Spanish.
