If you need additional support, feel free to Request Support Online!
1. Call 1-866-512-2273 or submit an online help ticket.
***If submitting online, be sure to include a working phone number so they can contact you.
2. Work with tech support to resolve problem.
3. Be sure to get your CASE NUMBER when speaking with them.
4. If you feel your issue is not resolved, share your case number and issue with your advisor (or another school staff member), and he/she will escalate (Must have case number.)
5. Someone from Tier II K12 Support will reach out to you. (Again, please be sure to give a working phone number in your case.)
6. Updates will be sent to the school via report, including if no one answers and ticket has been closed.

Internet access is integral to being a student with HVAM. Below are some low cost Internet Service Providers that can help offset some of the cost of Internet.
As a reminder: If a student is not able to access Internet at the home, it is the responsibility of the Learning Coach to make sure the student has access elsewhere. Many fast food places (McDonald's, Panera Bread, etc.) have free WIFI for customers, and most local libraries will allow students to at least access the course content to complete assignments
