Dear Fulton Families,
A huge shout-out to our wonderful PTA. The Fall Festival was such a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together and have some fun. Students walked around adorned in face painting and engaged in fun activities both inside and outside of the building. Thank you, PTA, for all of your planning and preparation to help this event go off without a hitch.
Warmly,
Dr. Burks, Mrs. Sillers, & Mrs. Brickner

Fall Fest THANK YOU
We had so much fun at the Fall Fest and hope you did too! We could not believe the soaring presale tickets Thursday into Friday, despite the weather forecast and we were so glad we were able to move forward – it turned out to be a smashing success! Thank you to our chairs – Donna Cruz, Suzi Grompone and Genna Bross, and our PTA Board Member Stacey Oken- your creativity, determination and attention to detail are unsurpassed. To our countless volunteers who spent the evening helping – running games, painting faces and quickly setting up tents after buses left- thanks for helping things run smoothly! And, to our vendors – DJ Fo4 who went above the call of DJ duty by bringing his own tent and following along with our timeline of announcements; the food vendors – Bullhead Pit Beef, Poofy Cotton Candy and Kona Ice, who is generously donating a portion of the proceeds to FES – THANK YOU!

Reminder to Complete or Renew Your FARMs Application
HCPSS participates in the Free and Reduced-price Meals (FARMs) program. Qualification is based on family size and income, and enrollment is confidential.
Participation in FARMs qualifies students for a wide range of opportunities and resources beyond breakfast and lunch, including free college applications, free or reduced JumpStart tuition, discounted internet through the Comcast Internet Essentials program, and more.
Families must submit a new application every school year. During the first 30 school days, students with FARMs eligibility from the prior school year will be carried over. Any student who has not filled out an application up to the 30th school day will have their prior year status changed to full pay status until a new application is received.
Parents/guardians are highly encouraged to fill out the applications as soon as possible. It is very important that applications are filled out correctly.
Apply by mail: Paper applications are available at your child’s school and may also be picked up in the Food and Nutrition Service Office (5451 Beaverkill Rd, Columbia, MD 21044).
