Happy Friday! We have a half day of school and Ski Club today. Please take extra caution driving up the mountain today, there may be icy spots on the roadways.

News, Updates & Reminders:

* The February calendar and menus are below. A copy will also be sent home next week.

* The next School Committee meeting will move to its new time of 6:00pm on Monday, February 5th. This meeting will follow the PTG meeting at 5:00pm. As always, you are welcome and encouraged to attend. The agenda is attached below.

* Emma Miller will be conducting a household and toiletry drive for Soldier On in Pittsfield until Tuesday, Feb. 13th. Please see the flyer below for more information. Thank you for your consideration and generosity in supporting this important cause.

* I will be out of school next week from Monday -Wednesday and will have limited access to email or voicemail during my absence. Please contact the main office or Mrs. Wells, if anything comes up that needs immediate attention during this time. Thank you.

* We will celebrate Valentine's Day on Wednesday, Feb. 14th. We will have classroom parties in the afternoon following lunch. Students are welcome to bring valentines to share with their friends. We will provide all drinks and refreshments for each classroom.

* Abbott Memorial School in Florida is in need of a 1:1 preschool aid. If you or someone you know are interested, please contact Principal McEvoy at mmcevoy@abbottmemorial.com. Thank you

PTG Updates & Reminders:

* The PTG will sponsor a fundraiser at Ready, Set, Play in Pittsfield on Thursday, Feb. 15th. Please see the flyer below for more information.

Health & Safety:

* YUCK! The stomach bug has hit Emma Miller School. A friendly reminder that students must be fever & vomit free for at least 24 hours, without the support of medicine, to return to school. Please contact Nurse Kate with any questions and/or to let us know if your student will be out.
