A Final Message From The Superintendent
To the 109 community,
As the 2022-2023 school year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say how proud I am of our students for their hard work, perseverance, and growth over the year. From the love of learning sparked in our Early Learners to the confidence of the 8th graders that just walked across the graduation stage, our community should take pride in the fact that our students are ready to face the challenges they will encounter.
We truly have a world-class staff that is dedicated towards what is best for our kids. I thank them for their devotion and effort over the year and hope that they get a well-deserved opportunity to recharge for the fall.
I also want to thank our families and support systems at home. Without you, none of this is possible. Thank you for being an engaged and active partner in your child’s education and in making our school system the best it can be.
While we continue to make great strides, the work is never done. There’s a busy fall ahead as we consider the future of our facilities, introduce new interactive learning tools, and train staff for increased student engagement.
Have a great summer. We look forward to seeing you on the first day of school, Monday, August 21st!
Michael V. Simeck
