Can you help?
Some San Diego Unified students and their families were hit hard by the heavy rains that plummeted San Diego. At Balboa Elementary located near our border with National City, there are about 90 families who have lost just about everything. If you would like to help, they are currently accepting donations of cash, gift cards, and microwavable food (most families are being housed in hotels). Any donations can be dropped off in the office with Heather Weld, Financial Clerk.
Don't forget to set up your student's eWallet account for cashless, stress-less shopping. Friends and family can even contribute funds! Set one up here: https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/wangenheimmiddleschool. #ScholasticBookFairs
