It's hard to believe that we are only a few months away from the first day of school! I was so impressed with the great turnout we had for our first week of Parent 101's, that I know we are in for a great 2020-21 school year. As I stated at our 101 meetings, all of you are part of the first chapter of Hayden Canyon Charter's story and it's going to be epic! I encourage all of you to become involved from the ground up as we build this school and our students' futures. Take a moment to read about the current happenings and make sure to sign-up for committees or to volunteer at HCC. You'll be so glad you did!

Building Update

We are getting closer to the finish line! The outside is just about ready for siding, while there is still a lot going on inside the building. The wiring is being finished up and sheetrock will be going up in the next few weeks! We are also making sure we have top-notch safety features incorporated into the building to keep your children safe. Keep an eye on our Facebook page to see our latest photos!

Parent 101's

We had a great turnout at last week's K-4th Parent 101's, with lots of positive feedback and great questions asked. This week our 5th-8th grade parents will have the opportunity to join us! These are a great way for you to learn about our school and to get answers to all of your questions!


5th Grade Parents: June 9 @ 5:15

6th Grade Parents: June 9 @ 6:30

7th/8th Grade Parents: June 11 @ 5:15

Make-up Sessions: June 11 @ 6:30


These will be held at the Atrium Building 13403 N Government Way, basement level near the indoor waterfall.

After School and Friday Child Care

We are currently working on determining the need to provide child care services, so far only 7 families have responded to the survey sent out last month. Please make sure to complete the survey below if you think you will need after school or all day Friday care.


Note: This is only a survey, it is not an enrollment form. The prices are approximate as we are working on outsourcing the childcare, we will keep up you up to date on the progress.
