Dear members of the school community,

We are thrilled to announce that Evergreen Community Club, a wonderful organization that brings many benefits to students and teachers, is starting a new school year with a new team of Co-Presidents and an amazing cabinet for support. As we have many goals and event ideas planned for this year, we are counting on your valuable input, time, and contributions to make them a reality.

We are inviting you to join us at our first Community Club Meeting on September 8th at 8:30 am in the Fun Club room. We cannot achieve our goals without your help, so please come and be a part of our team.

Our most significant fundraiser, the Education Support Drive, begins on September 11th, 2023. To kick off the school year events, we are hosting a Movie Night on September 22nd, 2023. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Hey Evergreen Eagles!

Our Education Support Drive starts in a couple of weeks and is the biggest fundraiser of the year for our school.

What is the money used for?

The money goes directly to the students and school to buy things like Chrome books, document cameras, and flat screens for every classroom.

The money is also used for Scholastic News for the school, books for the school library, assemblies, field trips, supplies for the classrooms, playground equipment, and so much more!

Wait, so how can I help?

Please be on the look out in the next couple of weeks for information about how to register online, donate online or in-school, where the money goes, and prizes. Make sure you turn your signed envelopes and register online. Be sure to post to social media and share with family and friends. They want to help too!

The first PBIS Kickoff at Evergreen was a great success! The entire school came together to show their school spirit, review the schoolwide expectations, and celebrate the beginning of the new school year. During the event, students were given a tour of the school and learned all about the expectations. To remind everyone of the school's expectations, new bright yellow signs have been put up all around campus. Additionally, students were introduced to a new S.O.A.R. Chant and presented with this year’s S.O.A.R. tickets. The morning was full of excitement and spirit. Please keep an eye out for an upcoming parent night where we will share more information about PBIS at Evergreen.

It was wonderful to see so many of you taking the time to connect with teachers, staff, and fellow parents, showing your dedication to your child's education.

We appreciate your commitment to working together as a team to create a supportive and enriching learning environment for our students. Your involvement reinforces the importance of a strong partnership between home and school, and we are excited about the positive impact it will have on our students' growth and development.

Thank you for joining us at our yearly orientation for TK/K students. It was wonderful to have our new students and their families on campus, and your involvement, energy, and enthusiasm made the event even more memorable for everyone.
