Current Students must re-enroll for the 2025-2026 School Year

Your student's current registration will not automatically roll over

Re-Registration is a time for you to save your spot for next year!

First: Read this in depth look at the re-registration process:


After, to begin Re-Registration, simply choose 1 of the following:

  1. Log into your Learning Coach account here: https://login-learn.k12.com/#login
  2. or use the K12 App
  3. or You can call 866.989.0716


  • Dial 89 for TX schools when prompted
  • Followed by the grade level number and press # when prompted
    • Dial 0 for Kindergarten


Notes:

  • The Legal Guardian is the adult that must complete Registration. Below are pictures of where your Re-Registration process can be found.
    If you are a Learning Coach who is not the Legal Guardian - you can notify the Legal Guardian to log into the portal to begin or call 1-855-664-3542 Monday-Friday 8am-7pm EST for assistance.
  • There are 5 easy steps that you can complete all at one time
    1. Make your choice: Registering (yes, you are returning)
    2. Verify Shipping Address
    3. Answer a few questions
    4. Submit documents
    5. Registration approved!

Things to take note of:
You will submit a Transfer agreement, this is normal
  • Please put your students grade level that you expect them to be in next year
  • Put the current local ISD that your student is normally zoned to attend

Important Proof of Residence Info

Re-Registration must be "Approved" status with an approved Proof of Residence provided.

If you are concerned about a "POR" that was denied, you will need to reach out to your student's assigned Registrar.
  • Their contact information is below. Contact the assigned Registrar by alphabet by the first letter of the student's Last Name.

How old does a New Kindergarten student need to be?

  • New Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old before or on September 1st to enroll. Any students turning 5 years old after September 1st will need to enroll in 2025-2026 school year.
  • Sorry, they cannot enroll in Spring 2025 semester of the 24-25 SY.

Will LSOA have the “Flex” pathway option next year?
  • Yes, LSOA plans to continue to offer pathway options for next year..


Will LSOA have 8th grade next year?

  • Yes! LSOA is offering 8th grade for the 2025-2026 school year!


What if I need to come back later to complete the process?

  • Log into the portal the same way as you did before to jump back in where you left off to complete the process


What if I don't know right now?

  • Choose Registering and complete the process to save your spot
  • Choose Undecided and we will continue to reach out with support
  • Its best to complete registration before the last day of school to save your spot. Students with incomplete registration will be withdrawn in the summer and you will need to re-enroll them as a New Student (this is less desirable)
    • Complete registration to save you time this summer


What if I have a new student who I want to register for next year?

  • From the first screen in the process, you will find a "Information on New Enrollments" bar with a "plus sign" (+), click the (+) to expand the menu to learn how to enroll a new student


What if my address changes?

  • If your address changes before the last day of school - Notify school staff for the address change form
  • If your address changes over the summer - Notify your school as soon as you are able for the address change form
