October 2020- Note Worthy News

From the Principal's Desk:

Thank you so much to all of the families who made the unique start of our school year smooth. We couldn't be more proud of everyone's hard work and dedication to the students of CBW.

During the month of September students and staff supported their favorite team by participating in "Sports Jersey Day." In addition we participated in the "Go Gold" campaign to support Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. We held our first dine-out event at Dairy Queen and it was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who continues to support us!

Please see the calendar of events below, October is a busy month! It includes school pictures, "Week of Respect," and so much more! Basic Halloween information is listed below, details are forthcoming.

If you haven't scheduled your VIRTUAL parent-teacher conference via the parent portal, please do so. Parent-teacher conferences will take place November 23 & 24.

A list of package options will be sent home and must be returned with payment by picture day. Virtual families will receive a form upon arrival on picture day.

Halloween

Halloween will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 27 (Group 1) and Friday, October 30 (Group 2). Please note that we are unable to hold our annual Halloween Parade this year, however all the pictures and videos will be shared with you to view following our celebrations. Thank you for your understanding and keeping our community safe during this time. More information forthcoming regarding costumes, classroom celebrations, etc.
