Welcome to November!

As we turn the calendar from October to November, we are able to reflect on the first two months of the school year. Our 9th grade class has hit their stride and has become a great group here at HHS. 10th graders are stepping up to become leaders as they explore new courses and join any number of clubs and activities. 11th grade is always such a pivotal time and it's no different for this group. Many of them are already exploring options for post-high school life. And our 12th grade class...I can't say enough good things about these fine young adults. It will be a short 7 months before we're watching them cross the stage at graduation.

With that said, we have so much to look back on as well as to look forward to during the 2023-24 school year. Please see below for some celebrations and anticipations!

2023 State Champion Marching Band

Congratulations to your Minnesota Class A STATE CHAMPION Hastings Raiders Marching Band! The band also won caption awards for Best Winds, Best Percussion and Best Visual. The picture above was taken on our HHS bridge shortly after the students were honored by classmates during our in-house parade. We are so proud of our amazing students.

2023 Veterans Day Event - November 10th

Hastings High School is very pleased to invite you to the 2023 Veterans Day Celebration on Friday, November 10 at 10:00 a.m. in the HHS gym. The purpose of the Veterans Day Celebration is simple yet profound - Hastings High School will honor and recognize the service and sacrifices of all veterans.

This invitation is open to any and all veterans, current military personnel and families in our greater Hastings areas of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Please invite anyone and encourage them to attend.

We will be asking that our veterans be seated on the main floor of the gym. As a show of our community support for veterans, we are inviting community groups, parents and friends to sit with the veterans to show our support for them at our Veterans Day Celebration.
